Sophia-Stand
The Sophia-Stand is a gymnastics pose using blocks (wooden blocks with squares at the top to be used for skills such as; press to handstand and tuck). To do the pose you put your head in-front of the blocks on the group and grab the blocks with your fingers facing away from you. Now you slowly get up to a headstand.
