a single word to describe a lazy person whose peak level of physical activity is typically limited to burning only those calories necessary to acquire snacks or junk food.

Doctor: “Do you exercise on a daily basis? That may help alleviate the lethargy.”
Patient: “Well, I know my coworkers describe me as moderately snactive.”
