Smugnuts

Although the nuts portion of the word would suggest it only applies to male, the term can be applied to either sex.

Adjective: One who exhibits a false sense of entitlement and lords it over others in social settings.

1. "That guy over there is acting all smugnuts because his dad owns a dealership."

2. "She acts all smugnuts because she's fucking the drummer from that band."

Combination of the words smug and cunt. Describes someone that is both of these at the same time.
