When a person wakes up, without showering, puts on sweatpants and a sweatshirt and continues on throughout the day. Usually done after a late night out.

person 1: "Man, you look like shit"

Person 2: "Yeah, I'm still hungover so I'm scumbagin' it"

Those groups of adolescent kids mainly aging from around the ages of 11-14 in groups of 6 or 7 who randomly pick on those who look a little bit different from the widely accepted norm

Scumbaganitis 

Scumbaganitis is a medical condition known to many where the infected individual will have scumbagish qualities at all times. Such qualities include whining, crying, menstral cramps, jewing others over, and placing blame upon others for what the have done wrong.

Did you see Eric last night? He must have a severe case of scumbaganitis with the way he was acting.
