Someone who glances at your side of the screen when playing an FPS (First person shooter) Such as Call of duty, Medal of honor, and Time splitters, Using that advantage against you whenever you go around corners, use special abilities, or other hidden places being revealed, tipping the tide of the game into their own favor.
Joe is a screenhooker, because he had looked at Ethan's screen to snipe him out.

A screenlooker is anyone who on a multiplayer shooter looks at another player's screen to identify their location and frag them as many times as possible. An example game is Halo 2.

A toe rag was originally a foot wrapping used, since mediaeval times up until the mid-nineteenth century, to protect the foot from chafing by boots or shoes. As these were, quite literally, rags they weren’t usually washed, and so with use they became very smelly until they were thrown away. Because of the similarity in smell, toe rag also became the name applied to dried, salted cod or other things with a strong, unpleasant, fishy smell. It didn’t take that long before the name was applied to someone who was an obnoxious, unpleasant OIC.
