This is technically not a troll, but someone who claims to be trolling when saying or posting something that is objectively offensive and consequently is called out. Whether they claim trolling or not depends on whether they are called out.

Person 1: *posts something racist about Mexico*
Person 2: That's racist, dude.
Person 3: Wooooow such racist, very bigot
Person 1: I'm just TROLLING you fucking idiots jesus know what a joke is
Person 2: More like a Schrödinger's Troll.
