Sapio Supremacist
A Sapio Supremacist (Sapio taken from the Latin verb Sapere, meaning 'to be wise' or 'to have sense', also used for Sapio Sexual) is someone who believes the higher your intelligence/IQ, or the smarter you are, the more superior you are to those with an intelligence less than yours. By this logic, a genius is more superior than a normal, average person, and a normal person is superior to a person with below average intelligence.
"Why does John always act as if he's better than us?" Tim asked.
"He took one of those IQ test that told him he was in the 95th percentile of IQ, so he thinks he's better than 95% of people now." Bob replied.
"That doesn't excuse him for acting like a Sapio Supremacist. He talks down to us all the time."
