Usually happens either while driving in a high stakes situation that requires your full attention and skill, or in the middle of a really quiet place, such as a classroom, where everyone simultaneously turns their attention to the poor sack of shit who can't even breathe right like a normal human being.

Bruh, I salivaspirated in 9th period yesterday. Literally quiet enough to hear a dustmite fart and I started choking half to death on my own spit. Had me crying like a little baby.
