A salad day is one of those days when you are content to drink cool-aid on the curb, shoes off, with the smell of fresh cut grass filling your nose. One of those days when your skin tingles from the sun and your stomach aches from laughing. One of those days that leave you feeling complete.

Saad Day

Any day during Ramadan where a fast is broken while there is still daylight. This can be intentional or unintentional.

I was trying to stick to the fast but I went out with my friends for lunch and ended up having a Saad Day.

I'm glad my dad didn't find out I had three Saad Days this Ramadan.
