The phrase used by banditos in trench who are in need, to get help from the other banditos who are struggling in the same way as them.

To enable happiness/escape.
To enable Fluorine (yellow gas). Bishops cannot see/perceive yellow, it is used as protection.

This phrase signifies talking to someone about what you are going though, seeking professional help when faced with overwhelming mental health issues.
