1. To trick, mislead or otherwise decieve someone.
2. To inflict woe on someone (intentionally or otherwise).
"I gave Rob quite the rumdungle - I changed all the clocks in the house to be an hour early, and he's left for school in a rush!"
"Our professor decided to lie to us! She said she wouldn't put a question on matrices in the exam! In other words - we've been rumdungled!"
