Region 25 is a forever cursed region that makes no sense why someone didn't get in. It's clearly corrupted and its fellow neighbor Region 24 is a million times better. Region 25 corrupted my friend to not make all-region and clearly, this is an act of failure by the TMEA organization. He says he will get into top orchestra next year, and I do agree.
