When a gamer, usually one who illegally downloads ROMs of older games off the internet, has so many of these roms on their emulation device that he/she suffers burnout and don't get to play them. The victim (without noticing) is fooled into having a big collection of roms but doesn't actually get to play - let alone finish - the majority of these games.
A: Hey, you have so many SNES and PS2 roms on this! What game are we gonna play now?
B: I don't know dude, I tend to spend 10 minutes browsing this long list and end up playing a short round of Street Fighter 2.
A: But why? Aren't you gonna try any of these other games you downloaded and actually play and complete one?
B: Can't do that with infinite access and content. I've got the ROM burnout.
