Push-licking is when someone randomly pushes or shoves another person, and will then either lick or spit on that person to insult him.

"Who was that chick that you were push-licking over there?"
"Relax, tbe chick you saw me push and spit on was my sister."

Push-licking is to push something away using your tongue.

Push-licked is when you move or get rid of someone by forcefully pushing them aside, and then spit on that person afterwards.
