Princess mononoke/mononoke hime is a anime action fantasy movie created by hayao miyazaki (the greater of studio ghibli) and was intended to be his last movie before he went into "retirement"(but returned to make his best movie spirited away 2001)
although it was relied in 1997 the production started up to 16 YEARS before its official release and started with a character similar to totoro#

run time. 2 hours and 7 minute
the name princess mononoke was a miss translation from the japanese name mononoke hime (mononoke translates into spirit)
story follows the main character ashitaka and san and has an environmental message
