(n.) A person who uses the phrase "I’ll pray about it" as a pious-sounding excuse to avoid taking necessary action. To a prayercrastinator, prayercrastination (n.) serves as a spiritual smokescreen used to prayercrastinate (v.) on difficult decisions or tasks while maintaining an appearance of divine diligence.

Stop being a prayercrastinator and just go talk to your neighbor; you don't need a vision from heaven to be a good friend.
