When you push too hard during a fart and a little bit of poop comes out so you use your finger to push it back up into the anus.

Early I tried to push out a fart but I pushed too hard and had to pop a fingy.

Rapid ejection of hard, compacted fecal matter in one’s underpants, typically brought on by a startling moment or a shocking sight.

Pop a figgy: I was hiking with my family yesterday when I accidentally stepped on a rattle snake. I popped a figgy then and there.
