Pocket chaos

The act of a tweaker emptying his or her pockets of its numerous contents when trying to find one paticular item. Similar to a tweaker bomb, this phenomena commonly happens on urban public transit during peak ride hours and may take up several seats.

Grandma had on the bus because some tweaker’s pocket chaos took up the last available seat.
