Pescaveganatarian

Someone who is otherwise vegan, in the sense that they don't eat dairy products/animal bi-products, but does in fact eat one type of fish, and one type of white meat on occasion (for protein).

Dude, isn't she vegan? Why is she eating tuna?
She's pescaveganatarian. It's a thing now.
