This word does not exist, I just made it up to get in the Urban Dictionary.

pearl peclace

The gay male equivalent of “pearl necklace”. When a man achieves orgasm through fucking another man’s pectoral muscles (primarily, with additional stimulation by hands and / or mouth, as necessary) and blows his load around his partners upper chest, neck, and chin.

Johnny and Timmy wanted to spice up their live life, so Johnny gave Timmy a pearl peclace.
