Referring to Peckham, an area in south london, by combining it's name with Vietnam. Vietnam is partly known for it's notorious resistance against the United States between 1955 and 1975 using violent warfare tactics. This helps to highlight the danger of Peckham as an area, by it's assosciation with the land of the blue dragon and it's violent and dangerous army.
