Paulexia 

Noun: An abnormal inability for an individual to text back quickly. It is a condition where a person needs more than enough time to reply back. This may include but not limited to: texts, messages, Facebook chats, comments, or shout outs. It is different from people not replying back due to laziness. NOTE: It is a not a real disease.
"He took 2 hours to text me back! He must have a serious Paulexia..."
"Paulexia is a turnoff for me."
