PWBE or pwbe is an acronym for pandas without black eyes. It is refering to the black markings that are normally around a pandas eyes, but pwbe's lack this marking and have an all white face. Their beady black eyes stare straight into your soul. Pwbe is everything, pwbe is the peak of existence
