PC whore 

Someone who flirts and talks to the opposite about intercorse or oral sex but never actually does it.

PCWhore 

A person who only uses PCs and refuses to even try out a Mac. Often displays chracteristics such as: stupidity, ignorance, and small testicles.

The kid in Web Page Design is a PCWhore.
