A term used to represent problems caused by a general lack of understanding and knowledge and experience of computers, especially for issues initially perceived by the user as a "technical" problem with the computer itself.

Customer: "My computer doesn't work, this thing is useless!"
IT Support: "Is it plugged in and switched on?"
Customer: "Oh! Thanks. It's working now."
IT Support: "That's a simple PBSK error ma'am, no trouble at all."
Customer: "You're wonderful"
