Outragebitrage

A strategy where someone performs or exaggerates outrage in public, often tied to identity or moral issues, to gain attention, social capital, or financial benefit and the chance to convert manufactured or amplified outrage into attention, influence, or money by exploiting the dynamics of the attention economy.
