Outcest is the opposite of incest. So since incest is relations with family members, outcest is relations with non-familymembers.
I think that if us outcest people have rights, we should have a incest rights liberation movement. incest people are people just like us outcest folx. I predict incest rights to emerge legally in the 2070s. Then in the 2120s, we will legalize marriage equality, aka same-bloodline marriage.
