A word derived from the Ottolenghi Test Kitchen team. To Ottolenghify is to make something feel unequivocally Ottolenghi, adding flair and a slight twist to the familiar to give an explosion of flavour and surprise in the mouth.

I Ottolenghified my salad with a sprinkle of seeds, chilli flakes and feta
