Op Sgt. Porter

A constant reminder to rat-ties that their mommies and daddies left them in Hell and that it's cadre fun time (i.e. no more cakes and cookies and num nums;) easily excited by dead baby jokes; can be identified by a very distinguished but unclear cadence, e.g. "heft, hite."

"Does Op Sgt. Porter have a speech impediment because I couldn't understand a word he was saying!"
