'OPO'- an acronym for 'other peoples opinion'.
It's a covert little criticism or remark that people imply to suggest that you might not be doing something right or saying something that they don't agree with. Rude people like to cause discomfort and humiliation by commenting on your behaviour, what you're wearing or how you choose to live your life. They do this to make you feel small especially in a group setting. People with courage might retaliate by saying "Did I even ask for your opinion?" but many tend to disagree in their minds and not have the courage to answer back which often leads to low self-esteem and loss of confidence in your abilities and most importantly yourself. The victim will often say who cares about 'other peoples opinion' but deep inside it affects them. Many do go on to change their behaviour to please or impress in order to fit in. People are never impressed or satisfied with you, so quit trying and live your life how you see fit and F*** what they say.
We tend to give them more weight than they deserve.

People don't live your life, you can only live it for yourself. And for that, you must stop listening to others' inflated belief wonderland. Stop listening to other people's opinions (OPO) and share your visions and goals with people alike who have mutual interests and stop giving rude and opinionated people your valuable time and attention. There's no greater satisfaction than becoming invincible in your character.

Officials Program of Excellence - Hockey Officials
an officiating talent identification and training program for elite officiating prospects, which extends beyond Branch officiating development. The OPOE is a partnership, which includes Hockey Canada and it’s Member Branches, the National Hockey League and the Canadian Hockey League. All partners bring together resources in order to foster a rewarding development opportunity for officials identified and trained in the OPOE.
Branches will continue to develop officials through the Branch Camps. Branches will identify top officials from these Camps to be nominated for attendance at the Regional POE Camps. Branches are to use the following criteria when nominating candidates for the Regional Camps.
Officials in this program often need to pass a 50 question test, 2 mile run, and sit-ups and push ups
they are also required to do Pay Backs which is going to a rink to supervise a younger official.
