This Phobia can be treated by CBT cognitive behavioural therapy and other behavioural Therapy sessions. Other methods can include covering Mirrors or other reflective objects with a curtain or thick blankets. If in worse cases remove all mirrors or other reflective surfaces from your home/the property. If needed Keep lights on during sleep hours. As this can help reducing anxiety or possibly stop the phobia symptoms all together.
