noobcake

From new (with b as in freebie).] + (keyk) = "noobcake"

~Noun

--breaking down the definitions--

NOOB: a newcomer or novice, esp. an inexperienced user of the Internet or of computers in general.

CAKE: a sweet, baked, breadlike food, made with or without shortening, and usually containing flour, sugar, baking powder or soda, eggs, and liquid flavoring.

EXPLAINATION: although the definition of a "noob" and a "noobcake" (when referring to a person) are virtually the same, the use of "cake" on the end of "noob" reinforces the absurdity of the individual's "newbieness".
GENERAL USE:

"Damn, that guy is a real noobcake."

SPECIFIC USE:

"Jonathan is the biggest noobcake I have ever met."

Noobsack

Too call someone a noob, but adding a sack at the end. You can say this to anyone and not just beginners at a game. You can also add sack to anything at the end of a word and it will be perfect.

King Noobachadnezzar

The King of Noobs. Period. Even names such as "Noobus Maximus", "Noobperor", "noobident" and "Noobisimo" can not describe people of these proportions.
King Noobachadnezzar is essentially the God/Father/God Father of all noobs.
