The very end tip of a black mans penis. Usually known as a purple lollipop. Only Africans can have a Nigger Tip, there are surgeries that can give other races nigger tips but it is not a natural nigger tip. Nigger Tips are naturally very large and usually purple or pinkish in color. Women prefer Nigger Tips over any other races tip becase they are much bigger, juicier and harder.
