Wearing your thongs between the second and third toe. Normally due to injuries. Highly uncommon behaviour in Australian culture but you gotta do what you gotta do. Often met with looks of confusion or laughter.

Chris busted his big toe and got surgery on it, so he had to spend the summer Nektoeing. Poor bastards never been the same.
