When a person is of darker skin but has one white parent.

Person 1: Hey look at that black guy.
Person 2: He's not black.
Person 1: What do you mean?
Person 2: I mean he's a Negropolitan.

A delicious combination of white, milk, and dark chocolate ice cream resembling neopolitan. However, because all of the flavors are chocolate, the suffix negro- is used.

Man - Hey ho, you want some negropolitan?
Ho - Aw lawd, hellz yeah I would like some negropolitan!
