NeckNeck

When a man's talk is so foolish, it seems as though he is talking out of the side of his neck. In a more broad sense, the man is a raging idiot, who says things that are repetatively idiotic.

Buckwheat told me he bench pressed 500 lbs.
I followed by saying, "you must be high, quit all this neckneck."
