Natsunagi Nagisa 

A very good example of a Telegram Group management bot which is made by Arya Zakaria.
It is basically a modular Telegram Python bot running on python3 with a sqlalchemy, mongo, and redis database and an entirely themed personal to make Natsunagi Nagisa suitable for Anime and Manga group chats.

And this bot have a lot of features and more better from the another bot
