Words you can keep
Something everyone has that you must meet if you want to succeed etc. Easier said than done. We learn through our trauma, which is -at it's fundamental level- the experience of lacking something that we need and want in our life, that our need will not be met, and worse than that, that our needs are not ok. If basic needs aren't met according to the law of attraction life will naturally align you with people who can help you meet those unmet needs and it aligns you with ways and opportunities for you to meet your own needs. See also Maslow's Hierarchy of Basic Needs.
We all have needs.

needs more phil collins

originating in online community we are the music makers, "needs more phil collins" signifies a poignant lack of phil collins in anything you please. usually it can be easily corrected by adding just the right amount of him, be it a jpeg or maybe midi samples of relevant phil collins musical endeavors.
"i'm sorry tue, but your submission for the university art contest needed more phil collins.

perhaps refer to your classmates' submissions. the world is just a better place with appropriate amounts of phil collins."

needs more jpeg

A tern used on r/greentext to basically say "this image looks terrible". It summons a bot which turns the image into a JPEG and the more times it's replied to with 'needs more jpeg' the blockier it looks.
