Muscle maiden

A woman who works out and has gains to show it. They’re strong in many ways than one, and aren’t afraid to leave their mark in the weight room or to shy away from challenges. Often regarded as very intimidating by others, however can be quite the opposite when approached (if you’re not too afraid to approach that is).

You see her over there? She’s deadlifting 350lbs, 350! She’s a Muscle Maiden without a doubt.
