Mukamel syndrome

n. Mukamel syndrome is a severe physical and mental condition characterized by a combination of microphalli (extremely small penis) and and uncontrollable urge to express oneself by excessive farting. Mukamel syndrome patients are usually crafty little motherfuckers who would sodomize their dead grandmother's corpse to gain social status among peers. According to one theory, the disease spread via anal intercourse with Iraqi cows (see Mukamel).

I used the Muramasa until I finally got the Masamune.
