A mugwit can be defined as, but not limited to:
1. A person who ignores common sense or basic rules, has little respect for their surroundings.
2. More specifically: a backpacker who camps in no-camp zones (often piloting a flogged-out white van or tired Pajero), parks like they own the joint and loves to leave a mess behind… can be pretty stinky, they quiet often like to do turds within close proximity of public walkways.
