A term used to describe something/someone/somewhere which is desirable, satisfying or gives pleasure. Basically treating all things as property.

Do you wanna come to that party this weekend it's a move in?

Move in

Someone who is new to a community and automatically assumes their opinion counts just as much as a home-towner, one of the locals, or a seasoned constituent. They usually think know everyone and no one knows who they are. These people can be found at the local restaurant posing as natives, or the local church greeting folks in the foyer like they own the place. They are also known for wanting to change a good thing to fit their mold.

Hey man, who is that guy who just welcomed me?
He is just a move in, he doesn’t have a say here.
