3) Someone who talks before thinking.
3) Someone who constantly keeps talking without reading the room, or having the approval to talk from his peers.

4) Someone who interrupts everyone just to talk. Loud/abnoxious.
5) Someone who doesn't give others the chance to talk.

6) Someone who thinks their talking will solve world hunger.

1) Someone who talks excessively.
2) Someone who doesn't think before they talk.

3) Someone who interrupts others to talk.
4) Someone who talks without reading social cues of annoyance by others.

5) Someone who obnoxiously talks and doesn't shut up for 1 minute in a span of 20 minutes.

6) Lastly, someone who thinks their talking is actually enjoyable by others when it is not.
