Closely related to chickenpox, mosquitopox is where an individual goes outside in wet, swampy, wooded areas, or fishing late during summer months.. without a shirt on, and ends up with so many mosquito bites that it resembles chickenpox.
Man, me and derek went fishing last night an got so drunk we didn't care bout them bugs, next mornin I looked in the mirror at my back, turns out I got a case of mosquitopox.
