A combination of the definitions of morbid and verbose. Describes a person (or speech) who while decidedly morose, loquaciously talks on and on an earful to the point of ennui in the listener, who should still feel somewhat empathetic.
The elegy of my grandfather given by my crazy uncle was incredibly morbose.
