The Mckindness of the cashier was something out of a Mickey D's Commercial.

A sickness where you are not mentally, or physically awake in the mornings. Symptoms include grumpyness, unwillingness to talk, low alert levels, and closed eyelids.

Comes from lack of sleep, high activity, or being genetically born with it.

Smelly Breath that you get in the morning also occurs mainly after a night of heavy drinking.
