Mizeria is a greek term which describes the effects of Pavlina’s coming into the lives of the people surrounding her. Their lives become dull and people just want to leave the city that’s she’s in, or just die from the boredom that her coming makes them feel. It’s also safe to mention that mizeria is what Pavlina’s patients feel before she gives them the wrong medication and kills them, since she is a dangerous doctor in Athens.
-Oh god, it’s so shitty here nowadays!
-I know. Pavlina must be in town. You can feel the mizeria in the air!
