Milagro Special 

This is a particularly adventurous and dangerous sexual maneuver. It begins when two burly Mexican men enter the room, chanting "Milagro, Milagro". Once they have entered the room, the two Mexican men promptly bend the subject (make or female) into the doggy style position. From there the Mexican gentlemen begin to pig roast the subject.
