Middle Metal

Music that is listened to primarily by Middle Schoolers to the end of feeling "Hardcore."

This music often becomes an obsession; the listeners often delude themselves into thinking that only the musician understands them.

When the listener matures several years, they realize how foolish they were, and occasionally listen for purposes of nostalgia.
"Dude, what's this Three Day's Grace album doing on your shelf?"

"Oh, that's my kid brother's. He's really into Middle Metal now."

middle age metal

A person over 25 who rocks out with his friends and sing songs no one knows because they made them themselves and screams them to a crowd of people at their local bar.
Yo! Dude that performance was sick! Middle age metal is sick!

peddle to the meddle [peddle to the metal]

It's a car metaphor. You've got your foot pressed on the accelerator right down to the metal floor board. It's a symbolic way of saying, you're going as hard and as fast as you can.
1. Porsche and Ferrari owners will put their peddle to the meddle peddle to the metal if no firm speed control measures are built-in

2. I'm into music that make me want to put the peddle to the meddle peddle to the metal on the highway.

3. Crack the steel, peddle to the meddle peddle to the metal, mash the gas and mash the wheel

church hurt

church hurt is where you experience a degree of distance, pain, or judgement from your church community. Essentially, you are just unable to “find your place”. This is prevalent in the Christian community, but can be extended to other religions.
Now that I am an adult I am beginning to heal from the church hurt that was inflicted on me as a child.

Huge. Surpassing normal expectations.
I was fishing with a Spinner Bait and a HONKIN pike came after it and hit it . Felt like a lawnmower running over a brick.

Stealthie

when you're holding up your phone and making faces at it, as though you are taking a selfie, but you're really taking a picture of the person across from you or the wall or anything else that seems interesting but you don't want to be caught dead taking a picture of.

This action is often made more convincing by wiggling the eyebrows or opening the mouth, to pretend you're trying to get a Snapchat filter to work.
FRIEND A: "Did you just take a stealthie of me?"

FRIEND B (turning phone around): "no I was just using snapchat's new filter, see?"
