A large two wheeled vehicle primarily used by women experiencing excessive blood loss, due to the common condition of the monthly mentural period... Generally used during episodes of pms, to drive all over your big dumb ass as many times as seems nessesary or until you get it.

This morning my girlfriend came down with pms, jumped on her menstralcycle, and rode all over my big dumb ass until I got that I forgot to take out the trash
